INVENTORY POLICY

HERITAGE HAVEN is an independent company that produces and ships ALL of its own inventory, and it is our aim to retain this model as we scale.
Therefore, we want to communicate with you our inventory policy.
It is actually very simple, we make a certain number of each of our pieces, we also prepare each of our pieces for order, and as we sell, inventory can become temporarily or seasonally unavailable.
We do this in order to keep our production from becoming too overwhelming and to be able to ensure each piece is executed on, while we also develop other art pieces that are sold or displayed in other venues.
There's a lot more technical stuff on the back end of our business that I could go on and on about explaining, but just know.... HERITAGE HAVEN is apart of the community, and will remain apart of the community .... we aren't trying to scale a business for a sell off. We plan on owning, growing and expanding WITH YOU!

CUSTOM ORDERS
WE DON'T DO CUSTOM DESIGNS!

Our business model is to make and sell our currently designed pieces, and to add new designs or discontinue designs per the demand. The imagery and colors of each piece available are AS IS ... we do not take custom orders in any way, shape or form. Everything we make to order is predesigned and produced per the picture that represent the designs, we don't have a service to modify any of our designs.
BULK ORDERS
We currently don't take 'bulk' orders either ... if you see the portion above about how we maintain inventory, that kind of goes hand and hand with our production model as it relates to bulk orders. Any amount past our current in stock inventory is not an order we can entertain right now. As we expand our production capacity we might revisit these internal standards, but currently we can not provide more pieces than we can produce.
